Directing a Global Production:
Genpact

Genpact, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, needed a way to bring together its 125,000 employees in over 30 countries and reinforce the company’s purpose statement.

Evan was responsible for crafting the creative strategy that would hit Genpact’s needs, and then led his team in the development and scripting of a video that used a through-line visual conceit — a closeup on human eyes — to communicate strength in diversity.

Now Evan and his production team needed to bring the video to life. They collaborated with Genpact to cast the video’s on-screen subjects — real Genpact employees working all over the world — and created a user-generated content production workflow that allowed the Genpact employees to film themselves while maintaining consistent shot-scale, style, and video quality. The result was this powerful tribute to Genpact’s unique strengths and global reach.
